WILMA’s 2025 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
The program is part of the WILMA Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.
Meet institute member BECCA SIEGRIST.

How long have you been with your current employer? 6 years
Alma Mater: University of Pittsburgh (Bachelor of Science), North Carolina State University (Master of Science)
Prior career experience: Project Engineer at Pride Mobility Products (2016-2018), Programs Engineer at PSEG Salem Nuclear Generating Station (2014-2016)
Current job responsibilities: Perform reload licensing and core/fuel bundle design analyses for nuclear power plants. Lead and implement process improvement efforts. Mentor new engineers in subject areas of expertise.
Hobbies: Yoga, Reading, Travelling
