This event is great for first-time runners, walkers, and for seasoned runners looking for a personal best.  After the race, participants can stick around for the Health Fest, which includes local exhibitors, food, and drinks.

THE COURSE & LOCATION:

THE VENUE: The WILMA Dash will start and finish inside the the Wilmington Convention Center’s 30,000 square foot Expo Hall. The Health Fest will take place in the Expo Hall as well, with doors open from 4-9pm. The race kicks off at 6:30pm.

THE COURSE: The race course is a flat and fast course through historic downtown Wilmington, giving you the views of the Downtown area which includes the Battleship, Bridge, and the award winning Riverfront. Course map coming soon!

This race course is also stroller friendly!  However, dogs are not allowed on this course so please leave them at home or with a non-running spectator.
