& Health Fest

Thanks to everyone who attended the 2023 WILMA Dash & Health Fest!

The 2023 WILMA Dash took place on Thursday, May 11 at the Wilmington Convention Center for Wilmington’s ONLY all-female 5K. This is a great event for first-time runners, walkers, and for seasoned runners looking for a personal best.

After the race, stay for the WILMA Dash Health Fest, taking place at the start and finish line, which is inside the Convention Center’s 30,000 square foot Expo Hall. The Health Fest includes dozens of local health & wellness exhibitors, food, drinks, awards and more!

THE COURSE & LOCATION:

THE VENUE: The WILMA Dash will start and finish inside the the Wilmington Convention Center’s 30,000 square foot Expo Hall. The Health Fest will take place in the Expo Hall as well, with doors open from 4-9pm. The race kicks off at 6:30pm.

THE COURSE: The race course is a flat and fast course through historic downtown Wilmington, giving you the views of the Downtown area which includes the Battleship, Bridge, and the award winning Riverfront. Course map coming soon!

This race course is also stroller friendly! However, dogs are not allowed on this course so please leave them at home or with a non-running spectator.

Participate Virtually! There is a virtual option available for those that are unable to attend the event in-person.

Volunteer! We’re always looking for volunteers to help out at the event! For more information on volunteering, contact Elizabeth Stelzenmuller at estelz@wilmingtonbiz.com.

Join us at the Health Fest! The Health Fest is open to everyone and all ticket proceeds will benefit NourishNC. The Expo Hall will be open from 4-9pm and a suggested $10 donation for those that are 21 and up is encouraged at the door, which includes entry into the Health Fest, two drink tickets and food. Under 21? No problem! A suggested donation of $5 at the door includes food and Health Fest entry.
