WILMA’s Leadership Accelerator: Virtual Workshops for Real Leaders

Join us for WILMA’s annual WILMA Leadership Accelerator, Wilmington’s leadership and career development conference for women.

Join WILMA for the entire month of June for our Leadership Accelerator: Virtual Workshops for Real Leaders.

This year we celebrate WILMA’s Women to Watch Leadership Initiative’s five-year anniversary. In normal times, we’d hold our half-day women’s conference at the Wilmington Convention Center in July. Since these aren’t normal times, we’ve had to adjust!

We are excited to bring to you an online version of the annual event by showcasing five different leadership discussions throughout this month with women who have been involved with our initiative over the past five years. They’re excited to share ways  you can enhance your careers and leadership goals.

This forum is for Wilmington’s top female executives, entrepreneurs, up-and-coming leaders and others intent on advancing their careers.

See below for the full virtual workshop schedule.
