WILMA’s 2024 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
The program is part of WILMA’s Women to Watch Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.

How long have you been with your current employer? 4+ Years
Alma Mater: University of North Carolina Wilmington
Prior career experience: Interior Design Assistant
Current job responsibilities: Managing and maintaining the design center, Meeting and working with clients to select all interior/exterior finishes for their new home, Sketching, planning, and pricing any custom options, Conduct plan reviews, Responsible for moving clients along in their preconstruction schedule, Conduct design center tours for prospects clients, Staging all model homes.
Hobbies: Cooking/baking, walking my dog, reading, working out, drawing
