WILMA’s 2023 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
The program is part of WILMA’s Women to Watch Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.

How long have you been with your current employer? 7.5 years
Alma Mater: North Carolina State University
Prior career experience:
- Internal Auditor, UNCW
- Senior Financial Analyst, Guilford Mills
- Senior Staff Accountant, Capital Bank
Current job responsibilities: As the Business Officer for the College of Health and Human Services, I oversee the financial operations which includes budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Our team also processes all purchases, travel, and reimbursements for the college.
Hobbies: Spending time with my family, reading, traveling
