WILMA’s 2023 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
The program is part of WILMA’s Women to Watch Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.

How long have you been with your current employer? 3.5 years
Alma Mater: Augusta University, BBA and MBA
Prior career experience:
- Director of Retail Experience, Excite Credit Union: May 2021-Current
- Financial Center Manager, Excite Credit Union: December 2019-May 2021
- Implementation Manager II, ADP: June 2018-December 2019
- Special Projects Manager, Augusta VAH Federal Credit Union: February 2013-June 2018
Current job responsibilities: As Director of Retail Experience, I have the privilege of overseeing our branch operations, business development, and community relations in the Cape Fear Region.
Hobbies: traveling abroad, exercising, drinking good local coffee, restoring my old home, and hanging with my two rescue pups – Edgar Allan Paw and Pablo Escobark
