WILMA’s Leadership Institute: Meet Riley Keyzer
Snapshot of this year's Leadership Institute members
WILMA’s 2025 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
The program is part of the WILMA Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.
Meet institute member RILEY KEYZER.
Riley Keyzer
Title: Public Relations Specialist
Company: nCino
How long have you been with your current employer? 3 years
Alma Mater: UNCW
Prior career experience: Before working at nCino in my full time role, I worked on the Marketing team as a Communications Intern. During my time at UNCW, I worked at the Country Club of Landfall in a number of capacities.
Current job responsibilities: I sit on nCino’s Brand Marketing team, where I contribute to shaping our brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across our channels, and sharing nCino’s story with a global audience. In my current role, I own nCino’s corporate social media channels and strategy and manage our press releases and external media opportunities.
Hobbies: I have very much grandma tendencies when it comes to hobbies – I’m a big reader, I’ve recently gotten into crocheting (though am still very much a novice), I’m a big fan of the YMCA, and I love to write (I’m currently working on my first book!). I’ve also recently gotten a CostCo membership, which I’m finding might just be its own hobby!
