WILMA’s 2023 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
The program is part of WILMA’s Women to Watch Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.

Prior career experience: Chemical Engineer/Chemist for Encapsys, LLC
Supply Chain Leadership Development Program for General Cable
Current job responsibilities: Lead development projects by facilitating meetings, organizing workstreams, executing experiments and analyzing data to gain fundamental process understanding and determine root causes to performance issues
Hobbies: Hiking, camping, kayaking
