WILMA’s 2023 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
The program is part of WILMA’s Women to Watch Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.
Meet institute member KRISTIN TAIT.
Kristin Tait
Title: Integration Project Manager II
Company: Novant Health
How long have you been with your current employer? 12+ years
Alma Mater: University of South Florida – Go Bulls!
Prior career experience: Clinic Administration with Novant Health
Current job responsibilities: Lead a multi-disciplinary team during transitions resulting from affiliations, construction, start-up, mergers/acquisitions, and other assigned projects. Directing, facilitating, and managing scope change, budget change, schedule change and overall performance of a project.
Hobbies: Traveling, running, Peloton, reading and spending time with family
