WILMA’s 2022 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
The program is part of WILMA’s Women to Watch Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.
Meet institute member KRISTEN HOLE.
Kristen Hole
Title: Lead Project Consultant
Company: Cape Fear Solar Systems
How long have you been with your current employer?: 2 years
Alma Mater: East Carolina University. Go pirates!
Prior career experience: Office Manager at Untappd, Enterprise Client Relationship Specialist at Untappd
Current job responsibilities: I am our customers first touch point when considering solar. I also train new team members as this department grows.
Hobbies: Cleaning up Topsail Island every Sunday! I co-founded Coastal Cleanup of Topsail with one of my best friends. Also, looking for sharks teeth and learning to garden.
