WILMA’s 2023 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
The program is part of WILMA’s Women to Watch Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.

Current job responsibilities: My responsibilities include working side by side in a team environment with our Project Managers, Architects, Interior Designers, and Emerging Professionals on active production projects as well as contributing to other design and marketing efforts undertaken by the firm. I play an integral part in overall client satisfaction, design quality and profitability of all projects undertaken that contribute to the firm’s strategic priorities.
Hobbies: I love running, swimming and spending time with family.
