WILMA’s 2021 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
The program is part of WILMA’s Women to Watch Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.

How long have you been with your current employer? 1.5 years
Alma Mater: University of North Carolina Wilmington and Eastern Carolina University
Prior career experience:
–Ten years as a high school counselor
Current job responsibilities:Coordinating and overseeing Isaac Bear Early College operational matters as they relate to UNCW programs and facilities, acting as academic advisor to early college students enrolled in UNCW courses, and facilitating experiences, opportunities, and connections for IBEC students of all grade levels with UNCW departments, personnel, and events
Hobbies:Running, Surfing, Yoga, Reading, and Gardening
