WILMA’s Leadership Institute: Meet Erin Boykin

WILMA’s 2024 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.

The program is part of WILMA’s Women to Watch Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.

Meet institute member ERIN BOYKIN.

How long have you been with your current employer? 9.5 Years

Alma Mater:Bachelors – Texas State University, Masters – George Mason University

Prior career experience: N/A

Current job responsibilities: Job Construction books ensuring the accuracy of purchase orders. Review plans for accuracy to contract.  Ensures budgets are maintained and the success of Kent Homes. Maintain relationships with vendors through frequent communications and negotiations.  Participate in Kent Home’s Strategic Planning Committee, assessing company, department and individual goals and working as a team with other committee members in ensuring the success of Kent Homes.

Hobbies: Running, beach time, family time, concerts (mainly Reggae)
