WILMA’s 2023 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
The program is part of WILMA’s Women to Watch Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.
Meet institute member ELISE WILSON.
Elise Wilson
Title: Financial Advisor

How long have you been with your current employer? 11 years
Alma Mater: NC State University
Prior career experience: 18 years in the financial services industry with seven years at Merrill Lynch and the last 11 with UBS Financial Services Inc.
Current job responsibilities: Comprehensive financial planning and providing solutions using investments, insurance, lending products, cash management products, and tax planning strategies
Hobbies: Travel, tennis, spending time with family
