WILMA’s 2025 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
The program is part of the WILMA Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.

Title: Senior Director Heart & Vascular

How long have you been with your current employer? 19 years
Alma Mater: Western Governors University
Prior career experience: Accounting
Current job responsibilities: Operational and strategic oversight of all ambulatory and procedural areas for the heart and vascular service line in the Novant Health coastal region. I work closely with physicians and staff to operationalize heart and vascular services for patients throughout the region.
Hobbies: Travel
