WILMA’s Leadership Institute: Meet Daniella Reina Sanchez

WILMA’s 2024 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.

The program is part of WILMA’s Women to Watch Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.

Meet institute member DANIELLA REINA SANCHEZ.

How long have you been with your current employer? 2 Years

Alma Mater: University of Wollongong, Australia

Prior career experience: I worked before in a fast-food restaurant as a part time job while I was studying.

Current job responsibilities: I am the product line owner of  three products that are produced in Corning, Wilmington. Monitored and developed performance metrics and analyzed KPIs.

 Hobbies: Train my dog, play volleyball, travel and cook.
