WILMA’s 2024 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
The program is part of WILMA’s Women to Watch Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.

Title: Senior Manager, Marketing Operations and Analytics

How long have you been with your current employer? 3 Years
Alma Mater: UNC Charlotte
Prior career experience: I have 10 years of blended experience in marketing operations, demand generation, and data analytics.
Current job responsibilities:I oversee the entire marketing technology infrastructure, from roadmap development and business planning to implementation and adoption. Serving as the Product Manager for our marketing technology applications, I ensure strategic alignment with business goals and architect scalable solutions to improve marketing operations.
Hobbies: Running, reading, and traveling
