WILMA’s 2022 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
The program is part of WILMA’s Women to Watch Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.

How long have you been with your current employer? 14 years
Alma Mater: University of North Carolina Wilmington B:2015 M:2022
Current job responsibilities: Provide leadership for the development, management, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive communication strategy that supports achieving the mission, vision, and strategic direction outlined by the superintendent in the district’s Strategic Plan. Developing, organizing, and producing unique projects and marketing campaigns while assisting with NHCS customer services, helping resolve concerns, and directing to the appropriate staff.
Hobbies: Photography, Reading, Traveling, Writing, Roller Skating
