WILMA’s 2025 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.

The program is part of the WILMA Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.

How long have you been with your current employer? 7+ years

Alma Mater: UNCW

Prior career experience: Procurement – Contract Labor and HR Services, Procurement – Clinical Trials and Technical Services, Procurement – MRO, Labor, and IT Services

Current job responsibilities: Responsible for strategic spend in the US. Procure qualified services for Contract Labor Services and HR Services in the US, from quoting through payment. Negotiate Master Service Agreements. Responsible for savings in commodity. Assess stakeholders’ needs and implement solutions.

Hobbies: Crafting, Cheering on children, Team Mom, PTO, Volunteer
