WILMA’s 2023 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
The program is part of WILMA’s Women to Watch Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.

How long have you been with your current employer? I’ve been operating my company for 11 months now
Alma Mater: The Art Institute of Atlanta
Prior career experience: Sales Associate at a BeBe Clothing Store
Current job responsibilities: I currently run the day-to-day operations, handle customer transactions, and run the social media accounts for my company
Hobbies: I enjoy reading, exercising, testing out healthier food options, traveling and studying/learning new business strategies to help grow my business
