WILMA’s 2020 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each other’s personal board of directors.
The program is part of WILMA’s Women to Watch Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.

Title: Human Resource/Employee Relations Coordinator

How long have you been with your current employer? One year and nine months
Alma mater: Nazareth College of Rochester
Prior career experience:
- Data Analyst II for AccruePartners at Corning
- Affirmative Action Data Analyst/ Specialist, HR Works, Inc.
Current job responsibilities:
- Supports plant workforce by answering questions regarding benefits, payroll, bidding and HR policies
- Recommends areas for standardization of HR programs/processes/policies, as appropriate, to reduce complexity of administration and associated costs
- Supports team and department leaders by providing guidance/education on HR policies, answering payroll questions and employee records management
- Supports plant Human Resource Manager in conducting investigations and conflict resolution
- Builds HR reputation through value-added interactions with customers.
- Responsible for analysis and reporting of data contained in the HR systems
Hobbies: Shopping, home interior design, working out, going to the beach, baking, and spending time with family and friends
