WILMA’s 2021 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
The program is part of WILMA’s Women to Watch Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.

MGH Institute of Health Professions (Doctor of physical therapy)

Prior career experience:
–Physical Therapist Acute Care Rehab Services at NHRMC 2007-2008
– Physical therapist Rehabilitation Hospital at NHRMC 2008-2011
– Therapy Coordinator- PT Rehabilitation Hospital at NHRMC 2011-2021
– Manager -Therapy Services at Pender Memorial Hospital 2021 – present
Current job responsibilities: “Perform administrative, and operational activities for Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy and necessary support at Pender Memorial Hospital, Rocky Point Outpatient, and Therapy Resource Pool across New Hanover Regional Medical Center’s therapy locations.“
Hobbies: “Running/exercise at EFC, sitting at the beach with my boys, watching reality TV and baking shows.“
