  1. Increased self-awareness: Attendees will develop a better understanding of their strengths, values, and goals, and gain insight into how these factors can shape their confidence and sense of self.
  2. Improved self-talk: Attendees will learn practical strategies for managing negative self-talk and developing a more positive and empowering inner dialogue.
  3. Greater sense of community: Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with other women, share their experiences, and build a supportive network of peers who can help them continue to grow and thrive beyond the workshop.

Attendees will have the opportunity to make meaningful connections and gain valuable insight through guided, small-group discussions on specific leadership topics from an impressive list of mentors from WILMA’s Leadership Initiative.

This session will be structured as speed mentoring, with mentors placed at each table and session attendees rotating tables every few minutes. Each table will focus on pre-determined leadership topics, so conversations are focused and geared towards a specific discussion.
