WILMA’s 2026 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each other’s personal board of directors.

WILMA’s Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each other’s personal board of directors. The program is part of the WILMA Leadership Initiative, created to empower women to lead with confidence and purpose. Meet institute member ELLA VITAGLIONE.

Title:  Regional Director, Credit Unions

How long have you been with your current employer?  10 months

Alma Mater:  University of North Carolina At Wilmington (UNCW)

Prior career experience: Paycom, business development intern, Stevenson Hendrick Mazda, sales intern, UNCW Sales Lab Advisor

Current job responsibilities: Prospect and acquire net new credit union logos, taking internal quote into consideration  Expand existing Portfolio Analytics customers into broader nCino solutions and partnerships  Support RVPs with pipeline strategy, demo coordination, and deal progression  Lead discovery, multi-stakeholder navigation, and full-cycle sales for deals spanning Consumer LOS, Mortgage POS, DAO, Indirect Lending, Commercial LOS, and Portfolio Analytics  Build and manage SalesLoft outreach cadences across product lines and executive personas  Represent nCino at key credit union industry conferences and execute pre/post-event outreach  Develop prospecting plans and territory strategies in partnership with RVPs

Hobbies: Loop walks, exercise, pickleball, shell collecting, crafts, reading, binge watching TV, volunteering, and going to the beach!
