WILMA’s 2025 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
The program is part of the WILMA Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.

Prior career experience: 5 years, Media Sales & Operations at Paramount Network
Current job responsibilities: Results-driven professional with 9 years of experience in Customer Success, Media Sales, and leading diversity initiatives. Skilled in client retention, strategic growth, and consultative selling, while also advocating for women in tech and fostering an inclusive work culture.
Hobbies: I’m an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys surfing, skiing, and pickleball, along with a passion for travel, exploring new cuisines, and reading. These hobbies fuel my love for adventure, culture, and continuous learning.
