WILMA’s 2025 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
The program is part of the WILMA Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.

Prior career experience: Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator, Guidance Consultant (EAP), LPSCC Community Engagement Specialist, Life and Career Coach, Military Crisis Team Supervisor, Professional Career Advisor
Current job responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of the CCHF program which is aimed at recruiting, training, and retaining healthcare professionals in NHC region, build and maintain strategic partnerships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies to enhance resources and program effectiveness, manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines, monitor and evaluate program outcomes through data collection and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), provide leadership and mentorship to CCHF Fellows, ensuring they have the resources and support needed for success, organize and lead community health events, screenings, and workshops to promote wellness and education, develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain program participants, fostering ongoing engagement and participation.
Hobbies: Swimming, running, nature walks/runs with my twins, writing, playing sports, karaoke, watching the Steelers, playing Card or Board games
