WILMA’s 2025 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
The program is part of the WILMA Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.

How long have you been with your current employer? 3.5 years
Alma Mater: Middlebury College
Prior career experience: Business Strategy & Analytics, PatientPoint Health Technologies (Formerly Outcome Health), Business Analytics, Cadent Consulting Group
Current job responsibilities: I oversee audience strategy, forecasting, and measurement of campaigns delivered to patients at the point of care. I analyze EHR and medical claims data to validate campaign success and to draw insights and build strategic recommendations.
Hobbies: Beach Volleyball, Hiking, Birdwatching
