WILMA’s 2020 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
The program is part of WILMA’s Women to Watch Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.

Beth Harvey
Title: Senior Marketing Programs Manager

How long have you been with your current employer? 1.5 years
Alma mater: North Carolina State University
Prior career experience: Marketing at Pendo.io in Raleigh
Current job responsibilities: All things marketing. From customer and prospect communications, product go-to-market and messaging, event management, digital campaign strategy, and company branding.
Hobbies: Running, Barre, really any workout. I also spend a lot of time on the beach and the boat with my fiance and our pup!
