What's new for fall

This season, there were so many trends and so little time. From strategically placed ruffles to shearling-lined coats and sandals fit for the fall, the fashion forecast is filled with exciting new looks. STATEMENT CHOKERS Forget the statement necklace, try the statement choker. The thin, velvety variety harken to a decade from not so long ago.
