WILMA’s 2025 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each others’ personal board of directors.
The program is part of the WILMA Leadership Initiative, created to help develop more women leaders in our area.
Meet institute member VICTORIA BELLAMY.

How long have you been with your current employer? 2 years
Alma Mater: UNCW
Prior career experience: Community Engagement Specialist at Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center 2013-2017, Marketing and Public Relations Specialist at FOCUS Broadband 2017-2020, Public Relations Manager at FOCUS Broadband 2020-2023
Current job responsibilities: I oversee event sponsorships and charitable contributions for Novant Health’s NC Coastal Region (New Hanover, Brunswick and Pender). In addition, the community engagement team creates important partnerships with other local organizations that enhance our community presence. My team also manages team member volunteerism and special event planning (groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, etc.).
Hobbies: Time spent with my husband and two boys. We love to be on the boat, fish, hang out at the beach, and just generally be outside!
