The program is part of the WILMA Leadership Initiative, created to empower women to lead with confidence and purpose. Meet institute member ROLSALIND BROOKS.
Rosalind Brooks
Title: Senior Clinical Research Associate
Company: CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services, Inc.
How long have you been with your current employer? 4 years
Alma Mater: University of North Carolina Wilmington
Prior career experience: Over a decade working within the clinical research industry, including FDA inspection and approvals. Areas of expertise include rare-disease, CNS neuromuscular disease, cell gene therapy, early-phase oncology, infectious disease, and retinal dystrophy.
Current job responsibilities: Provides strategic oversight of clinical trials, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and collaboration across pharmaceutical companies and research institutions to advance ethical, high-quality clinical research.
Hobbies: Grounded in physical wellness through weight training, running, and sauna therapy. I am equally passionate about connecting with others and strengthening our community from the inside out.
