The program is part of the WILMA Leadership Initiative, created to empower women to lead with confidence and purpose. Meet institute member OLIVIA NELSON.

How long have you been with your current employer? 3.5 years
Alma Mater: East Carolina University
Prior career experience: Internship with Clancy & Theys Construction
Current job responsibilities: Currently am focused on people management such as monitoring procurement and schedule as well as paperwork managment such as submittals, RFIs, drawings, etc. Currently am stepping into more of a Project Manager role and getting into finances.
Hobbies: My hobbies include working out (pilates and walking), spending time with family and friends, needlepointing, going to the beach, and just spending as much time outside as possible.
