The program is part of the WILMA Leadership Initiative, created to empower women to lead with confidence and purpose. Meet institute member MICHELLE HENDERSON.

How long have you been with your current employer? 8 months
Alma Mater: University of South Florida
Prior career experience: Prior to joining a tech startup company, I was a Research Assistant Professor at East Carolina University.
Current job responsibilities: I lead the development and growth of product strategy and business operations for PersonAIlized LLC. PersonAIlized is a tech startup developing software that enhances group ideation, knowledge management and personal discovery for groups and individuals.
Hobbies: My hobbies are dancing, playing pickleball, and playing card or board games.
