Lindsey Hanes

Title:  Product Manager

Company:  Vantaca

How long have you been with your current employer?  1.5 years

Alma Mater:  UNCW

Prior career experience: Operations and Training, AMIkids, Inc. Product Manager of Payments and Mobile, LINQ Product Manager, Campaign Monitor by Marigold Product Manager, Vantaca

Current job responsibilities: At Vantaca, I work closely with partners and dive deep into industry research to determine what we should actually be building, what’s going to give our customers the best experience and keep us ahead of the curve with industry-leading tech. I lead multiple R&D teams across a variety of builds and initiatives to hit those objectives, including high-priority projects like rebuilding and redesigning our communications center and developing a new app. A big part of my role is go-to-market strategy, how we position products so they actually resonate and onboard customers for optimal success. Another significant part of my role is education and outreach like hosting webinars and speaking at conferences to products we’ve built. I’m invested in mentoring newer team members who are just getting into tech, helping them navigate product management, technical workflows, and build confidence. Beyond day-to-day execution, I’m always working on strategic vision and roadmaps for new product lines, making sure cross-functional teams are aligned on where we’re headed.

Hobbies: Avid reader, Forever puttering in the yard and moving plants around, Co-captain on boat days, and expert at spotting the ice cream boat, Wrangler of a domino league (friendly competition and dinner)
