How long have you been with your current employer?  6 years

Alma Mater:  University of North Carolina Wilmington, Cameron School of Business

Prior career experience: I began my career processing mortgages at Wells Fargo before transitioning to underwriting, then moved into the software industry as a customer success manager. As the company grew, I had the opportunity to pivot to customer training and have now been in the product enablement field for 12 years. Current job responsibilities: I design scalable technical product enablement programs for customers, partners, and employees while serving as team lead and mentor for other instructional designers in the product space.

Hobbies: Outside of work, my hobbies mostly center around food! I’m an enthusiastic home cook who loves exploring Wilmignton’s food scene with my husband, two kids, and my Westie, Wilkie.
