Prior career experience: With 25 years in the hospitality industry, my experience spans catering, restaurant management, culinary education, and food writing, with a consistent focus on creating memorable food experiences.

Current job responsibilities: I oversee the planning, logistics, and execution of the festival’s events. I manage the restaurant application process, as well as sponsorships and partnerships.
