Emma Baltezore

Title:  Executive Director

Company:  One Christian Network

How long have you been with your current employer?  12 years

Alma Mater:  University of North Carolina at Wilmington

Prior career experience: I taught in New Hanover County Schools as an elementary school teacher for 12 years. During that time, I founded One Christian Network in 2014, and after launching the organization while still teaching, I transitioned into the role of Executive Director, where I continue to lead the organization today.

Current job responsibilities: As Executive Director of One Christian Network, I bring churches and community leaders together to pursue the flourishing of our city by casting vision, guiding our initiatives, and building strong partnerships. I lead key initiatives focused on united prayer, church-school partnerships, foster care, and affordable housing while overseeing staff, working with our board, leading fundraising, and ensuring our work is sustainable to make a meaningful impact.

Hobbies: In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends, especially other driven women in my community, surfing and going to the beach, traveling, playing soccer, and of course, networking and connecting people.
