WILMA’s Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each other’s personal board of directors. The program is part of the WILMA Leadership Initiative, created to empower women to lead with confidence and purpose. Meet institute member CHRISTA PIERCE.


Christa Pierce

Title:  Senior Manager of Implementation

How long have you been with your current employer?  Almost 2 years

Alma Mater:  SUNY Oswego

Prior career experience: Onboarding Manager at Seamless.AI, Supervisor of Implementation and Services at CastleBranch

Current job responsibilities: Client Lifecycle Management: Owning the client experience from signed contract to successful go-live, with a focus on accuracy of go-live dates and client satisfaction scores.. Escalation Handling: Serving as the senior point of contact for at-risk and troubled accounts, managing high-stakes situations across enterprise clients and complex multi-issue scenarios. Team Development: Building repeatable frameworks for coaching, certification, call review, and performance feedback across a large team spanning multiple functions. Operational Process Improvement: Designing and implementing systems for NPS follow-up, structured client feedback, onsite training certification, and AI-assisted workflow efficiency. Data-Driven Leadership: Leveraging analytics and Databricks to monitor team activity, client health, and capacity; translating that data into leadership decisions and executive-level reporting. Cross-Functional Coordination: Partnering with internal stakeholders to manage complex migrations, financial configurations, and client readiness across a broad portfolio of active accounts.

Hobbies: Spending time with my family, trips to go hiking, live music, finding new parks and walking paths with my husband and our two pit mixes
