THE COURSE & LOCATION:
THE VENUE: The WILMA Dash will start and finish inside the Wilmington Convention Center’s 30,000-square-foot Expo Hall. The Health Fest will take place in the Expo Hall as well, with doors open from 4-9pm. The race kicks off at 6:30pm.
THE COURSE: The race course is a flat and fast course through historic downtown Wilmington, giving you the views of the Downtown area which includes the Battleship, Bridge, and the award-winning Riverfront. Course map available following event announcement!
This race course is also stroller-friendly! However, dogs are not allowed on this course so please leave them at home or with a non-running spectator.

WILMA Dash is excited to partner with Northside Food Co-Op.
The Northside Food Co-Op’s mission is to increase access to nutritious, affordable food; foster community resiliency; and interrupt the cycle of multigenerational poverty within the Northside Wilmington, North Carolina neighborhood–a historically disenfranchised area that is also a USDA-defined food desert. The Northside Food Co-op will be a full service grocery store, built to meet community needs.
HEALTH FEST AFTER PARTY:
Celebrate completing the Dash at the Health Fest After Party.
Local vendors will be set up in the Convention Center Expo Hall along with food, drinks, awards, and more!
Not participating in the Dash, but still want to be a part of this year’s event? The Health Fest After Party is open to everyone.

Participate Virtually! There is a virtual option available for those that are unable to attend the event in-person.
Volunteer! We’re always looking for volunteers to help out at the event! For more information on volunteering, contact Jamie Merrill at jmerrill@wilmingtonbiz.com.
Join us at the Health Fest! The Health Fest is open to everyone and all ticket proceeds will benefit the Northside Food Co-Op. The Expo Hall will be open from 4-9pm and a suggested $10 donation for those that are 21 and up is encouraged at the door, which includes entry into the Health Fest, two drink tickets and food. Under 21? No problem! A suggested donation of $5 at the door includes food and Health Fest entry.
