THE VENUE: The WILMA Dash will start and finish inside the Wilmington Convention Center’s 30,000-square-foot Expo Hall. The Health Fest will take place in the Expo Hall as well, with doors open from 4-9pm. The race kicks off at 6:30pm.
THE COURSE: The race course is a flat and fast course through historic downtown Wilmington, giving you the views of the Downtown area which includes the Battleship, Bridge, and the award-winning Riverfront. Course map available following event announcement!
This race course is also stroller-friendly! However, dogs are not allowed on this course so please leave them at home or with a non-running spectator.

Participate Virtually! There is a virtual option available for those that are unable to attend the event in-person.
Volunteer! We’re always looking for volunteers to help out at the event! For more information on volunteering, contact Jamie Merrill at jmerrill@wilmingtonbiz.com.
Join us at the Health Fest! The Health Fest is open to everyone and all ticket proceeds will benefit the Alzheimer’s Association. The Expo Hall will be open from 4-9pm and a suggested $10 donation for those that are 21 and up is encouraged at the door, which includes entry into the Health Fest, two drink tickets and food. Under 21? No problem! A suggested donation of $5 at the door includes food and Health Fest entry.
