We suffered through a temperamental winter, encumbered with record highs and Artic lows.  Style became a matter of practicality rather than expression, as we sought unique ways to modishly accommodate the erratic weather. But now the harkening of a new season tempts us to venture outdoors in the simplest of silhouettes. It’s undoubtedly spring.
