The Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association recently hosted its 2026 MAX! Awards Gala at Cape Fear Community College’s Union Station. The MAX! Awards are presented by the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association and the Cape Fear New Home Sales & Marketing Council. Some of the winners for individual achievements were Angel Stang, Rookie Salesperson of the Year; Angel Dallas, Salesperson of the Year; Grae Hilton, Sales Manager of the Year; Emily Tucker, Online Salesperson of the Year; Kelsey Talis, Young Professional of the Year; Alexis Siebert (above), Marketing Professional of the Year; Nicole Piland, Interior Design/Staging Professional of the Year; and Brooke Harrington, New Leaf Builders, Design Center Consultant of the Year.
