Prior career experience: Act Medical Group – HR Specialist; 2009-2012 EmergeOrtho – HR Manager; 2012-2019 nCino – HRBP 2019-2021; Senior Manager, Global Benefits 2021-2024; HRBP 2024-present
Current job responsibilities: HR Business Partner at nCino, a SaaS fintech company, supporting PDE. My work spans performance management, organizational design, leadership coaching, compensation analysis, succession planning, and talent program development, with a focus on enabling leaders to drive team effectiveness at scale. I partner closely with senior executives to align people strategy with business priorities, translating complex workforce data into actionable decisions that improve the employee experience and organizational performance.
Hobbies: Spending time with family, reading, golfing, fishing, watching my kids play sports (baseball, softball, basketball), going to the beach.
