The program is part of the WILMA Leadership Initiative, created to empower women to lead with confidence and purpose. Meet institute member KAYLA BOUCEK.

Restaurant General Manager
Current job responsibilities: Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring organizational efficiency, coordination of administrative tasks, and smooth communication across departments. Operations Management: Manage and optimize business operations across multiple entities under Zephyr Development, improving workflows, supporting leadership, and ensuring alignment with company goals. Project Management: Support the execution of key projects by coordinating timelines, maintaining budgets, and ensuring clear communication with internal teams and external partners. Monitor progress and help drive projects to successful completion. Marketing Oversight: Lead and manage marketing initiatives across all Zephyr Development businesses, including Marina Grill, Tequilas Waterfront, Port City Marina, Atlantic Houseboats/Villamar Luxury Floating Villas, and Zephyr Development. Ensure brand consistency, campaign execution, and strategic growth across all platforms. Accounting Support: Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate financial tracking, timely payments, and proper documentation.
Hobbies: Spending time outdoors, especially at the beach, walking my dog, and staying active outside. Exploring local businesses and restaurants in Wilmington. Reading, playing sports, including soccer, pickleball, and golf
