WILMA’s 2026 Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each other’s personal board of directors.

WILMA’s Leadership Institute, an annual nine-month program, gives area women the opportunity to learn from leaders in the region, visit a range of local companies, and serve as each other’s personal board of directors. The program is part of the WILMA Leadership Initiative, created to empower women to lead with confidence and purpose. Meet institute member ALEXIS SIEBERT.

Alexis Siebert

Title:  Marketing Coordinator

Company:  Patriot Roofing and Exteriors

How long have you been with your current employer?  2 Years

Prior career experience: I have long-term experience in restaurant management, marketing, and development. I previously provided marketing services for wellness, real estate, and small businesses.

Current job responsibilities: As Marketing Coordinator, I oversee business partnerships, social media and website management, and community engagement initiatives. I also manage video, photo, and drone production to support our marketing and storytelling efforts.

Hobbies: I am a yoga teacher who loves nature, arts and crafts, and exploring new cities. I also love volunteering and giving back to the community however I can.
